1929 Ford Model 'A' Lakes Modified Roadster

Red Hills Rods and Choppers Inc. is very proud to offer you this incredible one-off, hand-built, all-steel 1929 Ford "A" Lakes Modified Roadster! This very special one of a kind "Suede Roadster" introduced a whole new style to the 2012 Pomona Grand National Roadster Show in it's most prestigious judged category "America's Most Beautiful Roadster". Competing for the ultimate honor at "The Longest Running Indoor Car Show In The World" (63 Years) is no easy task and those chosen few (only 10 were chosen this year) are placed in Building #4, in the center of the action. To be considered, each participant must verify that this is the first time that the car has been shown and judged. It is open to production-based roadsters, roadster pick-ups and touring vehicles 1937 and older. To be qualified, your entry must be submitted and considered by the staff of the ‘Grand National Roadster Show’. You are then judged against the best entries from across the United States. The display & photos of the vehicle are then submitted & heavily critiqued. This qualification process can take weeks or even months, but when the smoke clears, your invitation alone is a very special honor in and of itself. You are now being considered with the best of the best that the world has to offer! Fresh off of its first show appearance, this ground breaking and masterfully conceived Roadster comes to you from the super creative crew at Kenny's Rod Shop of Boise, Idaho. Kenny and his crew spent over 3,000 hours massaging this work of art into true perfection. Stepping over the edge to create something different takes thinking outside the box and developing new trends is what separates the leaders from the followers. Kenny's company motto reminds us that it is not an inexpensive adventure to create something as special as this Roadster. "Remember good Hot Rods aren't cheap, and cheap Hot Rods aren't good". This may be your only opportunity to beat the odds, and own this one of a kind machine at a fraction of what it cost to build. Fresh off the show trail and its recent shake down, this incredible Roadster is ready to drive & enjoy, or win First Place trophies at any national level car event that you decide to enter.
