SOLD!

Red Hills Rods and Choppers is very proud to bring you this over-the-top, ultra-badass 1933 Ford 3-Window Chopped Blown Coupe that was built to blow minds, blow doors and to satisfy even the wildest Hot Rod fantasies. C’mon, what more do you need than a chopped top, Gloss Black paint, a Red Leather interior and a Blown Big Block to soothe the soul? This Coupe was finished in late 2013 and has been driven a little more than 900 miles to work out the bugs and to win a few First Place trophies at local car shows. Back to the build: a glass 1933 Ford 3-Window Coupe w/ Suicide Doors (Outlaw Body) was used, which was chopped 3 ½” & channeled 2 ½”. The body, including the underside, was finished in a thick Gloss Black paint, and the Outlaw frame was painted in Gloss Black to match. Underneath we’ve got Chrome 4-Link Rear Suspension and Chrome I-beam Front Suspension. All of the gaps are perfect and the body panels line up just right. Open the driver’s door and you will find a gorgeous custom interior that is absolutely perfect for this Hot Rod. Features include: beautiful Red Leather seats, Red Leather Door Panels, Red Leather Headliner, Full set of Stewart Warner gauges, Power Windows, Chrome Steering Column w/ Custom Built Steering Wheel, Hurst Ratchet Shifter, Original Crank-Open Windshield, Custom Sony AM/FM/CD 4-Speaker Sound System and Hidden Roll Bar. The battery is behind the passenger seat as well as a battery disconnect. This gorgeous custom interior is extremely comfortable and has lots of leg & head clearance. I am 6’2” / 210 Lbs. and I fit just fine in this Chopped Coupe. All of the gauges, lights, blinkers, etc., work perfectly as you would expect. The trunk is finished in the same Red Leather to match the interior and looks wonderful. Now, lets get to the fun stuff, shall we? Up front lies the massive 468ci Blown Big-Block Chevy Blower Motor, which is all brand new from top to bottom. Features include: BDS 671 Chrome Blower w/ (2) Edelbrock 750 cfm carburetors and custom powder-coated Headers w/ custom old-school cutout Exhaust. This awesome power plant is linked to a beefed up TH400 automatic transmission, which feeds power to a beefy Ford 9” rear w/ 3.73 gears. This Blown 468ci motor is not for the faint of heart, as it will make the hair on the back of your neck stand straight up! She fires right up, idles very nicely and runs beautifully in every way. However, if you decide to stomp your right foot down, she will blow your mind! This motor is extremely strong with loads of power & torque and is an absolute BLAST to drive, but again, it can shock you if you are not careful. The front disc brakes will help slow you down in a hurry & the 4-Core aluminum radiator w/ a custom built polished shroud & electric fan keep her running nice & cool even in hot summer weather. This mean machine has a perfect stance, sitting on Halibrand rear wheels & American Racing ‘Salt Flat Specials’ up front w/ BF Goodrich Comp TA Drag Radials (P345/55/R15) on the rear & Nexen SB-802 (165/80/R15) up front. I can tell you one thing for sure, if you don’t like lots of attention, then this is not the car for you. When I drove this Coupe to do the photos, people were jumping out of cars at stoplights to take photos w/ their smart phones. This 1933 Ford Chopped Coupe has tremendous appeal and if it gets parked outside for any length of time, you will have a large crowd around it very quickly. With only 910 miles driven since the completion of the build, this Coupe is basically brand new. She is titled as a 1933 Ford Coupe so registration and insurance is no problem at all. I think it’s safe to say that this Hot Rod has it all: incredible good looks, driver comfort, outstanding performance w/ a reliability factor that will let you drive it anywhere at any time. Someone is going to get an incredible Hot Rod for a fraction of what it cost to build. Enclosed shipping is available anywhere in the world at the buyer’s expense.
