1956 Chevrolet Bel Air Custom

SOLD!

With so many Tri-Five Chevrolets on the market, the goal is to find one that separates itself from all of the others. With dozens of them at any car event that you might attend, it is such a welcome breath of fresh air to find an example that has all of the right stuff, so to speak. When I first laid eyes on this gorgeous 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air, this is exactly how I felt. This incredible Bel Air has all of the features that I look for when searching for a 50’s era classic car, especially when I plan on driving & enjoying the car. Features such as perfect bodywork and flawless paint, the right stance & stature, a drivetrain that looks period correct w/ modern components for reliability, and the right creature comforts so that I can actually enjoy myself while taking a nice long drive on a Saturday afternoon. This ’56 Chevy underwent a no expense spared nut & bolt restoration, with no stone left unturned. The 100% rust-free sheet metal is laser straight from front to back and from top to bottom. An absolutely gorgeous two-tone color combination of Pinecrest Green & Ivory was professionally applied, and as I stated earlier, the paint is simply flawless. The bumpers, grille, and all of the chrome / stainless trim is brand new and show quality throughout. All of the tinted glass is like new as well. The undercarriage is as nice as the topside, being completely detailed from front to back. When you slide into the custom mint green leather/cloth interior, you will completely fall in love with this car. Everything was laid out to look period correct, with all of the modern comforts needed to actually drive & enjoy the car. Features include: original dash w/ perfect stainless trim, tilt-steering column, custom leather-wrapped billet steering wheel, power windows and Vintage Air Conditioning & Heat. This beautiful custom interior is in mint condition from front to back w/ no distractions whatsoever. Open the hood and nestled inside the beautifully detailed engine bay lies a new 350/350 hp Fuel Injected SBC motor, dressed up to be period correct w/ finned valve covers and a vintage air cleaner unit. The 350/350 Fuelie is linked to a new 700R4, which feeds power to a Ford 9” rear w/ 3.50 gears. She starts, idles, runs and performs beautifully in every way. She’s got plenty of power / torque and will get you from stoplight to stoplight very quickly. The 4-wheel disc brakes work very well and will slow you down in a hurry. The power steering is very responsive and makes driving around town effortless. The full stainless steel exhaust system helps this ’56 Bel Air sound as good as she looks. One of the first features that I noticed about this beautiful Chevy was its perfect stance & rake, the way it looked like it was going fast while it was just sitting there. She sits on custom Rallye wheels, 16” in the rear & 15” up front, with new Goodyear Eagle LS tires (P245/70R16 in the rear & P215/70R15 up front), and she looks perfect from every angle. Again, in my opinion this 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air simply has all of the ‘right stuff’. This is a show car that can be driven from coast to coast in complete comfort if need be. I have walked around this car a dozen times trying to find something that I don’t like, but I just can’t find anything. It is simply one of the prettiest Tri-Five Chevys that I have ever seen, and she performs as well as she looks. If you have been searching for that special classic car, here she is! Do not hesitate because she will not last long! Enclosed shipping is available anywhere in the world at the buyer’s expense.
