Having gone through a complete restoration nearly 5 years ago, this beautiful 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air is road-tested but is beautiful enough to win First Place trophies at whatever car events you decide to enter. She was built at the Los Angeles plant, and spent most of her life in the dry climate of Southern California. The 100% rust-free sheet metal is super straight all around, and the two-tone Bahama Blue & White paint is absolutely gorgeous. All of the chrome & stainless trim is show quality throughout. The tinted glass is all new and crystal clear, with no scratches or blemishes whatsoever. Open the driver’s door and you’ll find a beautiful interior w/ extremely comfortable gray cloth seats, original painted dash with custom gauges and spectacular chrome trim. Other interior features include: chrome door hinges, chrome Ididit tilt-steering column, custom 15” original-style steering wheel and Vintage air conditioning & heat. Again, this interior is super-comfortable and fully functional in every way. All of the gauges, lights, blinkers, etc., work perfectly and the Vintage AC blows ice cold! Open the hood and nestled inside the highly detailed engine bay resides a new 350/330 hp HO Small Block Chevy motor, dressed up with chrome Bowtie valve covers & air cleaner and featuring a GM aluminum intake, Holley 650 cfm carburetor, Rewarder headers, chrome alternator, chrome AC compressor, chrome upper-radiator hose, custom-built US Crossflow radiator, billet overflow tank and braided steel lines throughout. The 350 HO motor is linked to a new 700 R4 Overdrive transmission, which feeds power to a 10-bolt rear-end w/ 3.55 gears. She starts, idles, runs and drives beautifully in every way! She’s got lots of power & torque and is an absolute blast to drive! The Power Steering w/ new 605 steering box makes steering effortless and the Power Brakes w/ discs up front help you stop on a dime. The 2 ½” Flowmaster exhaust system sounds incredible with the perfect rumble and the custom-built US Crossflow radiator keeps her running nice & cool even in 110 degree weather. This beautiful ’56 Chevy also has the perfect stance as she sits on new American Racing wheels (17” in the rear and 16” up front) and new BF Goodrich tires (235/55/R17 in the rear and 215/55/ZR16 up front). Air Shocks were installed in the rear so you can adjust ride height at any time. Besides being absolutely gorgeous, this Bel Air has comfort and reliability second to none.
