This Wagon starts up with the flick of the wrist, no cranking necessary, and settles into a nice smooth idle. She runs, drives, steers, brakes & performs beautifully in every way, and is one of the finest driving classic cars that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The strong-running 327/300hp motor has unexpected power & torque, and the Borg-Warner T10 4-Speed transmission shifts smooth as butter with no grinding or weird noises whatsoever. Again, I have driven hundreds & hundreds of classic cars/muscle cars and this 1963 Chevrolet Impala Wagon is up at the top of the list! I would not hesitate to jump in this Wagon and drive her across the country, if I only had the time! Anywhere that I take this Impala Wagon, there is a huge crowd surrounding her within minutes.
