1971 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL

Red Hills Rods & Classics’ is very happy to offer you this absolutely beautiful 1971 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL, a two-owner car that has seen only 22,337 miles over the last 45 years!

Much of the interior is original and in outstanding condition throughout. All of the original gauges, lights, blinkers, air conditioning, etc., are in perfect working order.

Under the hood resides the original 2778 cc 6-cylinder fuel-injected OHC motor, which produces 180hp, linked to the original 4-speed manual transmission. She starts, idles, runs, drives & performs beautifully and is a BLAST to drive! Anywhere you drive this beautiful 1971 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL, there will be a crowd around her within minutes! She drives as well on the freeway as she does around the city.
