1999 Plymouth Prowler Custom

Feast your eyes on this absolutely gorgeous, fully customized 1999 Plymouth Prowler that was built for the late Danny Gans, master impressionist and top entertainer 13 years in a row in Las Vegas! Everyone lost a world-class talent when Danny passed away in May 2009, and this one-of-a-kind Plymouth Prowler is one of (27) cars that Danny had in his wonderful collection. Danny always loved the Plymouth Prowler but wanted one that was unlike any other on the road. He wanted it to be a special, one-of-a-kind car built just for him. Russ Gerner Designs was chosen to do the work and the final result is simply outstanding! A list of modifications and custom items includes: customized front end w/ all aluminum components polished - all steel components chromed and reassembled, shaved front & rear bumpers (not the usual aftermarket replacement items), hand-made front park / turn-signal metal base using factory signal in front, candy-black smoked rear taillights, custom made roll pan, custom made exhaust tips (sounds incredible) and custom built wheels by Al Budnik specifically for his friend Danny Gans which were CNC’d – hand assembled and hand polished. The final touch was the very expensive, old-school flame paint job which goes from pearl white to pearl yellow w/ air-brushed hi-lites and finished off w/ classic blue pin striping, all under clear coat and polished to a deep shine. The Prowler turned out exactly as Danny had hoped and he loved nothing more than cruising Las Vegas in this beautiful machine. With only 3575 original miles on the clock, someone will be getting a gorgeous 1999 Plymouth Prowler that has barely been broken in. When Danny took delivery of his new customized Prowler, he signed the radiator support and that signature still exists today (see photos). This Prowler is in 'Mint Condition' from front to back, inside & out. The original Owners Manual, original keys, original supplements, hang tags, etc., will all go to the new owner. From a manufacturer that created such icons as the ‘Road Runner’ and the ‘Cuda’, the Prowler represents the last proud moment for Plymouth. The Prowler paid tribute to the rolling art of ‘hot rods’ and it embodies some of the most advanced technology & materials of its time.
