DeVille Convertible

SOLD!

Wow! Talk about cruising in absolute style! Feast your eyes on this sensational award-winning and heavily documented 1967 Cadillac DeVille Convertible, finished in its factory correct (Code 12) Grecian White wrapped around its factory correct (Code 388) Red Leather interior. This jewel has to be one of the finest examples available anywhere on the planet! Beautifully restored in 2007, this gorgeous Cadillac Convertible is a Senior Award winner at the Cadillac LaSalle Club, as well as a Grand National Champion. She was sold new @ Sanders-Dimmitt Cadillac in Clearwater Florida (still going strong) on 10-10-1966 to Mr. Harold Taylor, who ordered his Convertible loaded with factory options such as: (Code X) Power Windows, (Code Y) Six-Way Power Front Seat, (Code Q) Tilt & Telescopic Steering Wheel, (Code K) Automatic Climate Control, (Code U) Guide-Matic Power Headlight Dimmer, (Code 1) AM-FM Radio (Includes Front & Rear Speaker w/ Power Antenna), (Code E) Soft Ray Glass, (Code D) Door Edge Guards and (Code W) White Sidewall Tires. Mr. Taylor took meticulous care of his Cadillac for nearly 20 years and made sure to keep the items such as the original Owners Manual and original Protecto-Plate in his safe where no one could misplace it. With only (3) owners since new, she now sits on our showroom floor here in Saint George, Utah. I have driven quite a few classic Caddies in the last ten years, and I can safely say that this beautiful ’67 DeVille Convertible is by far the best driving Cadillac that I have ever had the pleasure to experience. She drives and performs like she did 46 years ago! I would not hesitate to get in this Convertible and drive from coast to coast, except the paint is so nice that I might worry about rock chips! The point being, she drives & looks sensational! All of the original sheet metal is laser straight all the way around the car and the Grecian White paint is absolutely stunning. All of the chrome & stainless trim is show quality throughout. The white Convertible top is brand new and like everything else, works perfectly. When you slide into the gorgeous red interior, you will swear that it’s 1967 all over again. All of the gauges, lights, blinkers, etc., work flawlessly! The factory clock keeps perfect time and the lighter pops out hot! The factory AM-FM radio works great, with the front & rear speakers both sounding perfect, and the factory Power Antenna goes up & down smoothly. The factory Automatic Climate Control works wonderfully, with the AC blowing ice cold! Trust me, once you climb into this magnificent Cadillac Convertible, you will never want to get out! Open the hood and nestled inside the correct & beautifully detailed engine bay is the original numbers matching 429 ci / 340 hp motor, linked to the original numbers matching TH400 automatic transmission which feeds power to the original 2.94 rear axle. Both the original motor and the original transmission were completely rebuilt to stock specifications during the full restoration in 2007. Everything was sorted out perfectly and less than 1500 miles have been driven since the work was completed. Again, I have never driven a classic Cadillac that feels as solid and reliable as this car does. She starts, idles, runs, drives, steers and brakes like a new car! Massive amounts of original documentation go with the car, including: the original Protecto-Plate, original Owner’s Manual, copy of original Cadillac Micro-Fische, Cadillac Shop Manuals, Cadillac Authenticity Manuals, Cadillac/LaSalle Club Registration Forms & Membership Registry, Cadillac/LaSalle Club Trophy, GM Heritage Center paperwork and on & on! Piles of paperwork will all go to the new owner. If you have been searching for the finest 1967 Cadillac DeVille Convertible, one that can be driven & enjoyed but will also take home a First Place trophy at any national event that you decide to enter, this is your car! Do not hesitate because she will not last long! Enclosed shipping is available anywhere in the world at the buyer’s expense.
